What is a WOFE's company name?

A WOFE‘s company name or a WOFE’s name, apparently, is the name of a WOFE. But how do we name it? In China mainland, there is systematic way to name a company. A WOFE is undoubtedly a company, simply invested by foreign investor(s). And the conception of WOFE usually refers to Limited Liability Company(LLC).
 
The full name of a WOFE consists of several parts.
1. The Administrative Area, like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc.
2. The main name (brand name), like QiXiang, Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc.
3. The business term, like (International)Trading, Business Consulting, Network Technology, Information Technology, etc.
4. The form of incorporation. Generally, the form of incorporation is Limited Liability Company(LLC), but we usually write as Co., ltd. which is short for Company Limited.
 
So, what if my brand name is QiXiang, and I want to set up a WOFE in Shanghai and do trading business with the WOFE to be set up? I can name the WOFE as Shanghai QiXiang International Trading Co., Ltd. However, we do not register English name of a WOFE, but Chinese. So, Shanghai QiXiang (International)Trading Co., Ltd. should be translated as 上海企向国际贸易有限公司. But the name should be checked by The Administration for Industry & Commerce. If the name was the same as or similar to existing companies, the name could possibly be declined, and we can only think of other main names. If the name was issued, we can continue applying for WOFE registration.
 
 
How to change a WOFE's company name?
 
Sometimes, entrepreneurs want to reshape the corporate images, they can change the WOFEs’ names. To change a WOFE's name, we can file application to The Administration for Industry & Commerce, we submit new names. If a new name is issued, we’ll change the name on all certificates and licenses. The whole process is like to set up a new WOFE.
However, we suggest entrepreneurs don’t change a WOFE’s name unless you have to, because, it may bring about a lot of problems to your business. If you really don’t like the present WOFE name, change it as soon as possible.
